**What we’re looking for**:
- Creating the new channel for sales, looking for the Online sales affiliates, partners and offline DSA’s, onboarding and training them to achieve the sales targets.
- Identify Key Micro Markets for offline merchant acquisition
- Manage the entire process of on-boarding to Training to continuously working with the channel partners to improve their productivity.
- Provide Channel partners Issue Resolution, drive month on month targets and growth in the sales numbers via various channels.
- Track and Share Competition Activity in the market
**Qualification Required**
- 2+ years of Key Channel sales management / working with the Sales DSAs for a finance product.
- FinTech or Banking experience preferred
- MBA in sales and marketing is preferred
**Skills Required**:
- Excel, PowerPoint and Analytical skills is a must
- Excellent Communication skills is a must
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, Self-motivated and Self-directed
- Strong stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management
- Feet On Street Management Skills
**Additional requirements**:
- Being heavily involved in the entire sales process.
- Proactively supporting channel partners and increasing sales via proper training of the DSA agents and onboarding new DSAs.
- Ability to work and manage a team
- Open to travel whenever required
