Job Title: Sales Associate - Gas Generators
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for gas generators in the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep updated records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or equipment sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Job Location: Rabale-Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
