Commercial Negotiation with the Client, Good knowledge of Tenders and estimation, GEM markets and processes.. Extensive travelling and planning the market with proper mapping.
Preparation of Yearly Budgets & achieving them.
Preparation & chasing of Short Term & long term plan for GDI Business.
Team handling of 2 to 6 colleagues. Guiding the sales and BD team for the industrial markets.
Product Management :20% KRA- Internal Customers Satisfaction
Study product features of competition, setting up Roadmap, following up/giving inputs to R&D for development of new versions/features in a timely manner, interfacing with production dept, service dept for timely execution of orders & after sales service complaints if any. Improvements in products.
Ensure reliability of products.
Find out potential collaboration companies from overseas & lead for the long term development of BU & organization.
Sectors Exposure Expected: Oil &Gas, Pharma, chemical, Heavy industries, Metals and minerals, Oil exploration, Biogas ,
Gender Preference (if Any): Male
Mobility: regular travel to all over India and abroad also.
Reporting Authority: VP
Required Good knowledge for below mentioned system:
All types of Gas detection systems. i.e Industrial (must), Commercial, Residential. (preferred)
Detailed technical knowledge & Application of Industrial Gas detection field.
Must be from relevant product background (Fire,Gas,Crowcon)
Should be proactive and self-motivated. (Must)
Should be willing to learn new technologies and continuously upgrade them. (Must)
Education:
BE/B.Tech(Electrical/Instrumentations/Electronics/E&TC)
ME/M.Tech(Electrical/Instrumentations/Electronics/E&TC)
Msc(Electronics/E&TC),Diploma/ BSC Physics/ Chemistry/Electronics
Experience in years:
Min: 7 years
Max: 10 years.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
