Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst  with experience in software application delivery  within the Oil & Gas sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, creating use cases, and facilitating BRD (Business Requirement Document) development  while working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Act as a Programme Manager  for software application delivery  projects.

·         Perform business analysis , requirement gathering , and documentation.

·         Develop use cases , functional specifications , and process workflows .

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

·         Work closely with clients in the Oil & Gas domain (OIL, GAS, BPCL, HPCL) .

·         Facilitate Business Review Board (BRB)  meetings and stakeholder discussions.

·         Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications:

·         B.Tech in Computer Science/IT + MBA  (Mandatory)*.

·         Proven experience as a Business Analyst  in software application delivery .

·         Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas sector processes *

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies .

·         Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems  in the Oil & Gas industry.
