We are seeking a dynamic Sr Presales Business Analyst to lead our pre-sales activities for ecommerce solutions.
Role : Sr Presales Business Analyst – Magento/Ecommerce
Experience: 4 – 7 years
Job Type: Full-Time

This role is exclusively focused on pre-sales, requiring a candidate who can bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, ultimately helping to win new business. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, conducting demonstrations, and defining project scope for clients.
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and document functional/technical specifications (BRD, FRS, SOW).
Create detailed estimations, wireframes, and project documentation to support the Business Development team.
Act as a key liaison between the client and internal technical teams during the pre-sales phase.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and support strategic planning.
4-7 years of experience in a pre-sales Business Analyst role within ecommerce.
~ Proven ability to create estimates and solution proposals for ecommerce projects.
~ Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe products.
~ Experience with CRM systems and managing the lead-to-sales pipeline.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
