Regional Sales Manager
to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen our presence across the
Madhya Pradesh region
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing regional sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close commercial deals
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners
  • Coordinate with finance and customer service teams on payments and support
  • Travel across the region as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B/industrial sales experience, preferably in gas detection or related fields
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Technical aptitude with an understanding of gas detection technologies
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
