Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at our Mumbai location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience, including developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
