We are seeking an experienced **Admin Manager** to oversee the administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing office supplies, handling facility maintenance, supervising administrative staff, and supporting senior management with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain office budgets and monitor expenses.
- Organize office schedules, meetings, and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle communication and correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, IT resources, and general office upkeep.
- Prepare and manage reports related to office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
