Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for handling their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem, providing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts, including updating customer information, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
- Providing product and service information to customers and answering their questions about our company and offerings.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services.
- Organising & Managing Dental Camps

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (if required for the position).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
