**Job Profile**:Liaison Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Collect total tour payments from tourists within the given TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain and update Excel sheets & databases with payment and tourist details.
- Manage stock inventory and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate on-tour arrangements and logistics.
- Update tourist details in the company’s system accurately.
- Issue TCS certificates to tourists as required.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or public relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking & time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.
- Knowledge of local tourism regulations & industry trends.

**Location**:Mumbai

**Salary**:Based on experience
