**Job Description: KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaison with concerned government departments and develops P.R. to obtain early bird information from departments.
- Liaison with solicitors and concerned consultants for land and legal matters.
- Liaisoning with Govt., Semi Govt., State Authorities, Development Authorities, Mantralay, and Collector’s Office etc. for obtaining necessary approvals.
- Should be able to deal with Advocates.
- Should be able to deal with Ward Office, Talathi, Tashildar, and Revenue.
- SRA.

**Desired Profile: QUALIFICATION**:
excellent knowledge of Real Estate Laws.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3 - 5 Years of exposure in the areas of Legal Affairs, Legal Documentation, Statutory Compliances and liaison work.
- Experience in Real Estate industry is a must.
- Good Communications is must.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Liaisoning Officer, Liaisoning Manager, Corporate Affairs, Real Estate, property, Construction, legal, documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have good commercial intelligence.
- Ability to read between the lines.
- Warm, matured and accommodative personality, SRA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
