**JD for the profile of Architecture**
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and project documentation.
- Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and construction drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Assist in researching building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Participate in design reviews and provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage and organize project files, specifications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: Graduate or Pursuing Degree
- Relevant constructions certificates are advantangeous.
- Experience:0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design and drafting Or Freshers.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities

**Location**- Khar West

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
