**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience from planning through execution.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors to confirm bookings, manage schedules, and negotiate terms to ensure all event needs are met seamlessly.
- **RSVP Management**: Track and manage RSVPs for events, maintaining accurate guest lists, and confirming attendance details as required.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare and maintain event documents, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**: Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, develop presentations in PowerPoint, and handle other administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, to ensure expectations are met.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address client concerns, troubleshoot event-day issues, and proactively work to ensure events run smoothly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
