**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Schedule meetings, track tasks, and support management with internal updates.
- Assist in building strong client relationships through timely support.
- Prepare reports and update documentation as required.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience.
- Graduate with 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, coordination, or admin roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
