**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (UK Process)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Shift Timing**: UK Shift (Flexible to work in rotational shifts)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products/services, resolve complaints, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Meet quality and performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and company guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international/UK process.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and live chat software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze issues, provide solutions, and handle difficult customer situations calmly.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in International Bpo ,Customer Support Executive.
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
