We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Telecaller Executive** to join our team. This role focuses on cold calling potential clients, sharing information about our services, and encouraging them to book a free consultation call with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to dental clinics and potential clients from provided databases.
- Effectively explain our services and how we can help their business grow.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build rapport and provide clear information about the benefits of our services.
- Address initial queries and objections confidently to encourage booking a free consultation call.

**Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily call quotas and conversion targets.
- Actively follow up with prospects to maximize bookings.

**Documentation**:

- Record call details and maintain an organized database of prospects.
- Share daily/weekly progress reports with the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional language skills are a bonus).

**Work Environment**:

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- **Equipment Required**: A reliable computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
