**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Sales Telecalling (70% bandwidth)**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing creators to promote offers, features, or packages.
- Clearly explain products, pricing, and benefits to increase conversions and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM/dialer system.

**User Engagement & Feedback Calling (30% bandwidth)**
- Conduct structured survey/feedback calls to understand user satisfaction, experience, and feature requirements.
- Re-engage inactive creators to bring them back to the platform.
- Document responses with accuracy for analysis and reporting.
- Escalate critical feedback to relevant teams (e.g., support, product).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **telecalling, sales, or marketing**.
- Excellent **negotiation** and **pitching** skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage inactive users.
- Comfortable working on dialer-based calling systems.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining call records.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
