We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our IT Training Institute. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our courses, and converting inquiries into admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and inform them about our IT training programs.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with potential students and follow up to close sales.
- Answer student questions regarding admission processes, course offerings, and other related information.
- Persuade potential students to enroll by effectively communicating the benefits of the courses.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies to maximize student enrollment.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of IT and technology-related training programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in English Hindi and Marathi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,294.57 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
