We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive who can work from home and close sales, not just make calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential customers using the database provided by us
  • Explain our service packages clearly and professionally
  • Convince customers and close deals
  • Follow up with interested leads
  • Maintain basic call and deal records

What Counts as a Deal Close

A deal is considered closed only when the customer makes full payment for our package.

No payment confirmation = no deal counted.

Salary & Incentives

  • Monthly Pay: ₹10,000
  • Minimum Target: 5 successful deal closures per month
  • Payment Rule:
  • Salary is released only after completing at least 5 deal closures
  • If the target is not met, payment will not be released
  • Incentives:
  • For every deal closed beyond 5, you will earn ₹2,000 per additional deal

Work Details

  • Work From Home
  • Must use your own mobile phone and internet
  • Calling data will be provided

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in sales and negotiation
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
  • Self-discipline to work remotely
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory if you can close)

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
