**Job Title**: Telecaller (Sales - School Software)

**About Us**:
InSoftLink Software is a leading provider of innovative software solutions designed to empower schools and enhance the educational experience. We are looking for a highly motivated **Telecaller** to join our growing sales team and connect with schools to promote our School Management Software.

**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential school clients, explaining our software solutions, and generating qualified leads. This is a key role in our sales funnel, and you will work closely with the sales team to convert interested schools into clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to school contacts from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain our school management software over the phone.
- Understand the needs of schools and schedule demos with sales executives.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain interest.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
