We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Database Management**: Organize and update customer records for seamless communication and follow-up.
- **Feedback Analysis**: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed reports on customer activity and campaign performance for strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
