**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and workspace arrangements._
- 2. Supervise Housekeeping and Pantry staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance and manage them._
- 3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and management, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents or presentations._
- 4. Handle relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that office services, such as maintenance, IT support, and cleaning, are efficiently managed._
- 5. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary._
- 6. Ensure the office complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and maintain emergency procedures and safety protocols._
- 7. Ensure office equipment, such as computers, printers, and communication systems, are properly maintained and working efficiently._
- 8. Assist with basic human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding process, preparing employee id's._
- 9. Make necessary arrangements for celebrations._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
