The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India. **Role** Area Retail Lead **Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM **Function / Department** Retail **Location** MPCG **Job Purpose** To manage the profitability of the company owned store **Key Result Areas/Accountabilities** - Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across formats. - "Drive and facilitate target achievement of: - Post-paid RGA - Acq. Churn & T4M Retention - Base upgrade revenue - VIBS (non-mobility revenue) - Drive Channel Profitability [LFS/ SFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business. - "Improve on people and channel retention. - Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy. **Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience** - People Management - COCO,FOFO store Management **Must have technical / professional qualifications** - 8+ Years of exp **Vodafone Idea Limited** (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
