To manage the profitability of the company owned store

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across Stores-TNPS,Vi Search Utilization, Retentions, EQ,FOCS complaints
- "Drive and facilitate target achievement of:
Postpaid RGA, MNP, Family Acq
- Acq. Churn & T4M/T6M Retention
- Plan upgrades, Premium number, Mifi, International Roaming Packs, Prepaid
- 100% HSW compliance with 0 fatalities
- NIP Penetration: 75% CREs earning > 90%
- Attrition

- Drive Profitability [LFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business.
- "Improve on people retention.
- Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.
