**Job Title**: Surveyor - Construction

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 3-5 yrs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land and building surveys using total stations, GPS, and other measuring equipment
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and layout plans
- Set out construction markers to guide construction activities
- Monitor changes and updates in land records and construction site layouts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors
- Interpret and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy in project execution
- Maintain and calibrate survey instruments
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
- Proficiency in using survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.
- Strong understanding of civil drawings and layout plans
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in road, building, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with local land laws and survey standards in Bihar

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
