Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Patna. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for everyday tasks such as managing and controlling project costs, preparing and updating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting detailed cost planning and associated cost reporting for construction projects. This role also involves preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and project reports, as well as managing and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • 2-5 years of Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in construction or related industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
