Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use AutoCAD software to Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and elevations.

2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

3. Develop and maintain detailed drawings, including sections, elevations, and floor plans.

4. Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency in design and drafting standards.

5. Prepare and revise construction documents, including details and specifications.

6. Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and gather information for design development.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, software, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in building and temple design.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and familiarity with other design software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, codes, and standards.

5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with temple design and Vastu Shastra principles.

2. Knowledge of Indian building codes and regulations.

3. Certification in AutoCAD or related software.
