**Job Title**: Surveyor (Female Only) - Beverages Division

**Location**: [Patna, Bihar]

**Reports To**: Business Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell the company’s beverage products to retailers, distributors, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), and modern trade outlets.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Ensure product availability, proper display, and brand visibility at all retail points.
- Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Execute promotional activities and support marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvements.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- UG / Any Graduate
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Must possess a valid driving license (if applicable for field sales).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
