**Job Title: Construction Surveyor**

**Department: Engineering / Construction**

**Reports to: Project Manager or Site Engineer**

**Salary Range: 15,000/- to 25,000/-**

**Job Summary**:
The Construction Surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping land and construction sites to provide precise data used in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. They ensure that structures are built in the correct locations and comply with design specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **site surveys** using equipment such as total stations, GPS, levels, and theodolites.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans to determine project layout and reference points.
- Establish **control points**, benchmarks, and construction lines for construction teams.
- Prepare and maintain **accurate site survey records**, including maps, plans, and reports.
- Monitor and **verify the accuracy** of completed work to ensure compliance with design drawings.
- Collaborate with **engineers, architects, and construction teams** to resolve site-related issues.
- Perform **as-built surveys** to document the actual positions of completed work.
- Ensure all survey activities are conducted in accordance with **health and safety regulations**.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in **Surveying, Civil Engineering**, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **surveying instruments** and **software** (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica, Trimble).
- Strong understanding of **construction drawings, specifications, and site layouts**.
- Excellent **math, spatial awareness, and analytical skills**.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
