**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate records.
- **Report Generation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Create dashboards to visualize business performance and KPIs.
- **Data Accuracy and Validation**:

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across reports and systems.
- Validate data by cross-referencing with different sources and resolve discrepancies.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Manage and update the MIS system regularly to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT support for resolutions.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with different teams (sales, finance, operations, etc.) to gather data and provide insights.
- Act as a point of contact for queries related to reports or systems.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in data collection or reporting processes and recommend improvements.
- Automate repetitive tasks using macros, VBA, or other tools.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Train team members on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
- Document reporting standards, procedures, and system changes.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced features like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, Access).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in an MIS or similar role.
- **Preferred Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of business processes (sales, finance, inventory).
- Ability to handle large data sets and maintain data confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
