**Position**: MIS Executive

**Salary**: 15k to 20k

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:Collect, analyze, and process data to generate meaningful insights.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
Handle large datasets and extract relevant information for reporting purposes.

**Report Generation**:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Prepare dashboards and visual representations of data for easy understanding.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.

**System Maintenance**:Oversee the functioning of Management Information Systems (MIS).
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data or system functionality.
Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and enhancements.

**Data Analysis**:Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and reporting.
Implement changes to streamline existing processes and enhance efficiency.

**Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, reports, and data sources.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.

**Communication**:Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding MIS updates and changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with database management systems.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
