**Job Summary**

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to management for process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, update, and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various departments and management.
- Identify trends, variances, and process gaps through data analysis.
- Create dashboards, charts, and graphs for easy data interpretation.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather required information for reports.
- Ensure timely and error-free reporting to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and improve database systems for storing and retrieving data efficiently.
- Provide support in data automation and process improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Knowledge of **data visualization tools** (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SQL or database management (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, IT, or related field.
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling corporate reporting and data analytics preferred.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Accuracy of reports generated.
- Timeliness of data submission.
- Quality of insights and recommendations provided.
- Efficiency in data management and automation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
