1. **SAP System Operations**
- Enter, process, and manage inventory and order data in the SAP system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle goods receipt, storage, and dispatch transactions using SAP modules for warehouse management (WM) and inventory control.
- Generate and update reports in SAP related to stock levels, order status, and dispatch schedules.

2. **Customer Call Handling**
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt assistance regarding order status, inventory levels, and dispatch timelines.
- Address client concerns, handle complaints, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department or manager.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

3. **Management Information System (MIS) and Reporting**
- Generate, update, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, covering order fulfillment, inventory levels, returns, and dispatch status.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, and inform customers and management about critical metrics affecting warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain records of all transactions and interactions in line with the organization’s data management policies.

5. **Invoicing and Billing**
- Generate and process invoices for all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy in billing according to contractual terms.
- Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing and to address any discrepancies or adjustments.
- Manage and document billing records in SAP for easy tracking and reference in compliance with company policies.

6. **Order Processing**
- Receive and process client orders accurately in SAP, confirming details such as product types, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Track order progress and provide clients with real-time updates on order status and delivery times.

7. **Inventory Management**
- Track and update inventory levels in SAP, adjusting records for goods received, dispatched, or damaged.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to reconcile inventory records in SAP with physical stock levels.
- Alert management to low stock levels, shortages, or surpluses and suggest replenishment strategies as needed.

8. **Process Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards within all SAP processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all inventory, order processing, and invoicing activities.
- Participate in audits and assist with providing necessary documentation or data when required.

9. **Cross-functional Coordination**
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to improve end-to-end order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide feedback to management regarding process improvements and areas for enhanced client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new processes, tools, and client requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
