We are hiring **Marketing and Sales Executive - Female**, having excellent communication skills and positive attitude towards works. You’ll be responsible formarketing and sales tasks and must have minimum 1-year experience in the **marketing/sales/customer service** or if you are a fresher then must have good communication skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proactive in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Contributing in planning and implementation of marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business
- Inform potential clients about the company's product and services.
- Co-ordinate with the Customer Relations team
- Assist with other departments as required.
- Achieving targets set by HOD
- Timely revert to clients/customers without any missing information
- Should clarify customers queries and give an appropriate solution
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Should have experience as client marketing/sales/customer service executive (min 1 years)
- Deal with the clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
- To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good negotiating and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Can learn new things quickly
- Positive attitude

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
