Mini Flow Pump
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Mini Flow Pumps' products and services.
- Utilize prepared scripts to provide product information and highlight benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
