**About the Role**

We seek a motivated **Sales Executive** to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. At Niche Agriculture, we believe talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking lead to exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Updated and maintained CRM systems with sales activities.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales and comfortable with cold-calling.
- Knowledge of industry trends is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
