**Description**:
The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering aptitude training programs to students at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology. They will work with faculty and staff to identify areas where students may need additional support and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver aptitude training programs to students in engineering and technology fields
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to assess the needs of students and develop customized training programs
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to engage learners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Participate in departmental and college-wide meetings and initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, education, or a related field
- Experience in aptitude training, preferably in an engineering or technology setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and colleagues
