**Job Summary**

The Aptitude and Professional Skills Trainer will be responsible for training students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, soft skills, communication, and professional development to enhance their employability and placement readiness. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions, conduct assessments, and mentor students to succeed in campus recruitment and industry opportunities.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**A. Training Delivery**
- Conduct classroom training on **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability**.
- Train students on **Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI), Resume Building** and **Career Planning**.
- Administer **mock tests**, **online assessments**, and **interview simulations**.
- Provide **company-specific training** based on placement drives (TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, etc.).

**B. Curriculum & Content Development**
- Design structured training modules aligned with **campus recruitment standards**.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, video content, and e-learning material.
- Update training content based on **latest aptitude trends and industry requirements**.
- Develop aptitude question banks and training exercises.

**C. Student Engagement & Mentoring**
- Identify and monitor **slow learners**; provide personalized mentoring support.
- Track student progress and maintain performance reports.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and counseling for career guidance.
- Motivate students and build confidence for competitive exams and placements.

**D. Coordination & Professional Support**
- Coordinate with the **Training & Placement Officer (TPO)** for training schedules.
- Assist with **placement preparation programs**, boot camps, and finishing school initiatives.
- Support campus hiring events by conducting **pre-placement orientation** and **company prep sessions**.
- Provide **weekly training reports** and attendance updates to management.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering/Maths/Science/Arts/MBA or related field.
- **2-8 years of experience** as Aptitude Trainer/Soft Skills Trainer/Corporate Trainer.
- Strong command over **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & English**.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience in **campus recruitment training** preferred.
- Certifications in soft skills/training (optional but an added advantage).

**Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical and reasoning ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging content.
- Proficiency in **MS Office & online training tools**.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Improvement in student test scores.
- Placement success rate contribution.
- Training feedback scores.
- Content and module development quality.
- Consistency in session delivery & reporting.

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time, 6 days a week (as per institution norms)
- Flexible to conduct extra sessions, boot camps, and weekend workshops if required.

**Salary Range**
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
