Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for Female Aptitude trainer for Chennai, who can deliver on the following aspects:

- Verbal and Logical reasoning skills.
- Basic quantitative aptitude skills.
- Data interpretation skills.
- Critical thinking aptitude.
- Problem solving skills.
- Analytical attitude and aptitude.
- Guesstimates.
- Structured approach to solve riddles and puzzles.

In addition to the above, the trainer would be responsible for:

- Collecting learning material and planning activities to train students.
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the students and planning the training.
- Analyzing the competency and calculating progress in the training program.

Requirements and qualifications:

- A committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the students.
- Comfortable using standard Microsoft Office program (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Fluency in English is a must.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
