THE ROLE

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for college students. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' communication, personality, reasoning, and problem-solving skills—helping them excel in placements, interviews, and real-world work environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver high-impact sessions on Aptitude Skills like Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation

· Conduct resume-building and interview-preparation workshops.

· Design interactive, activity-based training modules tailored to student needs.

· Assess students' performance through tests, group discussions, and mock interviews.

· Collaborate with placement teams to align training with industry and campus recruitment requirements.

· Motivate students and track their progress towards career readiness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Graduate/Postgraduate in English, HR, Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields.

· Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer.

· Certifications in Training/Behavioral Training/Aptitude Coaching will be an added advantage.

· Strong command over English communication and excellent presentation skills.

· Ability to simplify aptitude concepts and make sessions engaging.

· Familiarity with campus recruitment processes (written tests, interviews).

· Flexibility to conduct training at multiple college campuses.
