We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic **Full-Time Aptitude Trainer** to deliver high-quality training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. The trainer must be confident, engaging, and skilled at simplifying concepts for college students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily classroom sessions on Aptitude (Quant, Reasoning, and Verbal Ability).
- Train students for campus recruitment and competitive exams.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, quizzes, and assessments.
- Conduct mock tests and analyse student performance.
- Ensure high engagement and maintain training quality.
- Clarify doubts and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and feedback.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong command over:

- **Quantitative Aptitude**: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Time & Work, Speed & Distance
- **Logical Reasoning**: Puzzles, Seating Arrangements, Analytical Reasoning
- **Verbal Ability**: Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension (optional)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured way

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
