**Job Title**:Aptitude Trainer for IT Students

**Location**: Chennai

**Experience** : 2 to 3+ Year of Experience

**Full-Time**:Weekend Only ( Saturday & Sunday )

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training modules to enhance **aptitude skills** based on the requirements of the trainees.
- Create lesson plans, training materials, and resources to facilitate effective learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, group activities, and interactive sessions.
- Share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching methods with colleagues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and resources in aptitude training.

**Requirements**:

- Strong aptitude skills with a deep understanding of **problem-solving techniques**, **Logical reasoning**, **Quantitative analysis**, **Verbal**, **Non-Verbal**, **Mathematical**, **General Aptitude**, and **Communication, Implement aptitude shortcuts **and **tricks.**:

- Must be able to design suitable course content at par with the Institute requirements - PPTs, Video Recordings Awareness of different training methodologies and a keen eye for detail & quality Excellent query handling skills.
- Prior experience as a faculty or in content development for Quantitative Aptitude.
- Outstanding communication and people skills; Excellent camera presence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
