We are looking for dynamic and passionate Aptitude Trainer to join our team,

**Eligibility**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any domain

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Prior training experience preferred

Responsibilities include:

- Design and deliver training modules on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability in line with campus placement requirements.
- Teach problem-solving shortcuts, speed math techniques, and time management strategies for competitive tests.
- Develop topic-wise lesson plans, exercises, and mock tests based on the students’ skill levels and target companies’ exam patterns.
- Adjust training content to match industry trends, company-specific aptitude tests, and online/offline assessment formats.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.
- Provide individual and group feedback to help students improve accuracy, speed, and conceptual clarity.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Share regular updates with the placement cell, faculty, and management on training outcomes.
- Continuously research and update training materials to reflect the latest campus recruitment patterns, aptitude test formats, and question trends.
- Inspire students to stay consistent with practice and develop confidence in their aptitude skills.
- Counsel and mentor students facing difficulties in grasping concepts.
- Coordinate with the placement department to align aptitude training with upcoming recruitment drives.
- Assist in pre-placement workshops and company-specific test preparation.
- Create question banks, practice worksheets, online test modules, and study guides for student self-learning.

**Location**: Sree Sakthi Engineering College, Karamadai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
