We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to join our team in Madurai. As an Aptitude Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting high-quality training to students preparing for CAT, MAT, BANK, and SSC exams. Your role will involve designing comprehensive course materials, conducting classes, and mentoring students to achieve their exam goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized attention and coaching to students to enhance their problem-solving abilities and exam-taking skills.
- Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Keeping up-to-date with exam patterns, trends, and changes to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Motivating and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence and excel in competitive exams.

**Requirements**:

- Msc Maths, B.E, B.Tech, M.E. & M Tech
- Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role, preferably in a reputed coaching institute.
- Strong understanding of CAT, MAT, BANK, and SSC exam patterns and syllabi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about education and committed to student success.
- Proficient in MS Office and educational technology tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
