We are seeking a talented and dedicated Production Support Engineer to join our team at Direct7 Networks. As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Services and Systems in a production environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to support our business operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide prompt and efficient support for incidents and technical issues in the production environment.
Analyse, diagnose, and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.
Implement proactive monitoring to identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
Participate in the deployment and configuration of software systems in production environments.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with system administrators and other stakeholders to optimise system performance and reliability.
Assist end-users with technical support, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to production systems.
Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a Production Support Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and infrastructure management.
Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
Strong experience with a variety of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated DevOps services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,630.35 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
