Inbound Product Support

Job Role

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients regarding travel inquiries related to UAE destinations, providing prompt and courteous responses.
  • Support clients in making travel reservations, including hotels, tours, and transportation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of popular UAE destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, providing solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback using the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Travel and Tourism/ IATA certification
  • Strong communication skills
