Job Description:
Namya Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform general office duties and assist in daily operations
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Benefits:
Competitive salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month
