**Inside Sales Executive - Data Annotation Services**

### Job Summary

### Key Responsibilities

**1. Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the AI industry to introduce and promote data annotation services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Identify and research potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.

**2. Sales and Business Development**:

- Present and demonstrate the value of data annotation services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.

**4. Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**5. Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with the data annotation project team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

### Qualifications

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Certifications**:

- Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional - CISP) are a plus.

### Work Environment
- This role is typically office-based, with the potential for remote work depending on company policy.
- Standard working hours with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs and time zones.

### Application Process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
