The EXL U.S. DIG & BCM Group Recruiter role can be based in Gurgaon or Noida, India and will provide recruitment support to the U.S. DIG & BCM hiring team.
This role will focus on sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for the U.S. DIG & BCM team requisitions.
**Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours of 8AM EST - 4:00PM EST / 5:30PM IST - 1:30AM IST**
This job can be performed remote work from home daily, however, applicants must be based near one of our EXL India office's in Gurgaon or Noida for the occasional onsite meeting and/or equipment support needs.
**Recruiter Job Duties**:

- Responsible for the intake and data entry for opening, updating, and maintaining SRF’s with job requirements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to job portals.
- Intake and collate all needed data via Transfer SRF forms for Internal transfer hiring of employees to US and Canada
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Will perform other duties as assigned

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- at least 2+ years of U.S. Recruitment Support Experience using large software ATS / HRIS data base systems - preferably within the Consulting / BPO / RPO / ITO industry
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills (both internally and externally)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented
- Supports Diversity
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excel, HRIS database, and job board activity data reporting capabilities
- Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours of 8:00AM EST - 4:00PM EST daily from Monday through Friday
