**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Global Recruiter** with a strong background in sourcing and hiring **STEM professionals** across international markets. In this role, you will own and drive full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and scientific roles spanning engineering, data science, IT, biotech, and R&D — across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to build high-performing teams in a competitive global talent market, ensuring an inclusive and data-driven recruitment approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, IT specialists, researchers, engineers, and other STEM positions.
- Build **talent pipelines** for critical and hard-to-fill global roles, using data to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria tailored to STEM roles.
- Drive a **global recruitment strategy**, understanding regional hiring laws, cultural differences, and time zones.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide **data-driven insights** to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Promote diversity hiring and inclusive sourcing strategies across all regions.
- Coordinate with external agencies, universities, and partners for niche STEM hiring needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
